Kimberly Paige Bufkin is a Licensed Master Social Worker, Professional Organizer and Productivity Consultant based out of Austin, Texas. She enjoys helping individuals, families, and small businesses all over Central Texas get organized, structured and de-cluttered to find peace in their space and lives, allowing each client to experience new levels of productivity, efficiency and simplicity. ​

Paige follows both the National Association of Social Worker's  Code of Ethics and the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professional's  Code of Ethics , offering evidence-based, non-judgmental and creative client-focused services. Moreover, Paige believes every project is as unique as you are and provides various levels of service to best fit individual schedules, personalities, and project goals. ​

The Process

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​All services begin with a free consultation, involving a personal needs assessment and a discussion of the area(s) causing the greatest concern. This conversation will provide the foundation for our work together. During our discussion, we will determine what you want, what is currently working and what is currently not, what you have identified as potential areas for improvement, as well as your individual habits and preferences. Together, we will then develop a customized, step-by-step plan detailing what we will do and how we will do it. 

For organizational services, an on-site visit is also highly recommended. This will allow for a better understanding of your space limitations and inventory, as well as your current habits and organizational methods. Once a plan has been established, we will begin sorting and organizing your space to best fit your needs and routine. If we are working together, my primary objective is to keep you focused and efficient. I will work side-by-side with you throughout the entire process to help design your space, assist you with all organization and planning, and ensure you never feel overwhelmed. If you would prefer to step back and allow me take the lead and recreate your space, I will design, sort and organize according to the plan that we developed together.

Whenever possible, I prefer to repurpose storage items you already have - saving you time and money. However, if there are items we need or tools that might work better, I can recommend potential options and vendors or, if you would prefer, I can work within your agreed upon budget and purchase these items on your behalf.

Once we have recreated your space, I will provide you with long-term maintenance tips and recommendations, specific to your habits, needs and goals. Recognizing that your needs and lifestyle will change over time, I also offer follow-up consultations to help you adjust and amend your plan as needed. 

For all DIYand consulting services, we will begin with a personal or small business needs assessment. Similar to organizational services, this discussion will cover what you want, what is currently working and what is currently not, and what you have identified as potential areas for improvement. Additionally, I will analyze and assess your current situation to determine additional, unidentified areas to enhance your productivity and efficiency. We will then work together to develop a customized solution, resulting in one or more of the following options.
 
For individual & family consulting services, you may receive a complete DIY evaluation & plan including organizational tips, product recommendations, and design layouts; a personal productivity evaluation including recommendations to enhance daily efficiency; and/or an individualized task & time management plan including tips, tools, reference material and a recommended schedule. 


For small business consulting services, you may receive either a productivity evaluation including recommendations and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity; or a complete Operational/Procedural manual for an individual position or department, or your entire company. ​
 
Remember, all services are customized and specifically tailored to your needs, preferences, timeline and budget. I will work with you to determine what type of service, service level, and methods will best fit you and allow you to meet your goals. 
  1. Home Office & Creative/Work Spaces
    Space planning & design, clutter control, record management, paper management, storage & inventory, and general organization.
  2. Productivity Evaluations & Procedural Manuals
    Through the use of assessments, interviews and on-site observation, this service provides individuals and small businesses with written recommendations to enhance productivity & efficiency in the form of either Productivity Evaluations and/or Procedural/Operational Manuals.
  3. Electronic & Hard-Copy Filing
    Creation of convenient & efficient record-keeping systems, as well as organized & safe storage of photographs & personal memorabilia, through the use of various evidence-based methods. For small-scale projects, pick-up & drop-off services may be available.
  4. Task & Time Management Coaching
    Consulting services providing individualized recommendations & tools to enhance daily, monthly and/or annual productivity and efficiency.
  5. DIY Evaluations & Recommendations
    Tailored for those who want to take charge but don't know where to start, this service provides a carefully crafted, customized organization plan with recommendations, tips and potential layouts to guide you in creating the organized space you desire.
  6. Residential Spaces
    Space planning, design & clutter control for all residential spaces including (but not limited to) rooms, closets, kitchens, and garages.
