A life-long Austinite, I was raised in North Austin and received a BA in Social Work from St. Edward's University in 2015. In 2016, I received a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Texas State University, with a dual specialization in both Administrative Leadership and Direct Practice, as well as licensure (LMSW) to practice in the state of Texas.
During my undergraduate and graduate career, I have served as a Constituency Organizer for a Texas House District campaign, as a Case Manager for a local Domestic Violence shelter, and as a Policy Analyst for the Texas Criminal Justice Coalition. Following graduate school, I began my career as a Policy Analyst in the Texas House of Representatives, later serving as a Legislative Director. Additionally, I have served as the Policy Director for a Congressional campaign, and currently serve as the Research Program Coordinator for the Intelligence Studies Project through the Strauss Center for International Security and Law & the Clements Center for National Security.
In each of these positions, I have been responsible for general office administration, office infrastructure design and coordination, process design and implementation, staff recruitment and development, record keeping, research compilation and organization, policy drafting and analysis, document drafting and editing, budget analysis and tracking, online and social media copywriting, website management, constituent communications, marketing and training material production, event planning and facilitation, and program and efficiency evaluation. Over the years, I have realized that "other duties as assigned" are the ones I genuinely enjoy the most.
As a Professional Organizer, I support evaluation, decision-making and action regarding objects, space and data to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes involving function, order and clarity. As a Productivity Consultant, I focus on maximizing time, energy and resources to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes involving priorities and effectiveness.
As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I bring a client-focused outlook and client-centered attitude to each and every job. I offer evidence-based, highly personalized and dedicated services that will provide you with the foundation and tools you need to accomplish your goals and realize your full potential.
